    RF Test Fixtures

    Non-coaxial devices such as surface-mount devices (SMDs) require custom test fixtures to interface to test instruments. We have delivered many custom RF test fixture projects for manufacturing test of SMDs including:

    • WLAN Power Amplifires (PA) at 2.4 and 5GHz
    • RF single-pole-double-throw (SPDT) switch
    • Wireless mouse sensor with differential signalling
    • Discrete transistors (to measure transition frequency fT)


    RF Application Boards and Modules

    Whether you have an SMD transistor for which you need to build an application circuit, or require us to put together a circuit-level RF design, we can help you. Projects we are involved in:

    • 1W Class-AB Power Amplifier at 900MHz
    • Class-A vs. Class-C amplifier demonstration lab
    • 100W high-power amplifier module


    RF Calibration Fixtures

    We also design and fabricate custom RF S-parameter calibration fixtures such as for TRL calibration and NIST's Multiline TRL calibration method which is an industry-wide lab standard reference. We are involved in TRL calibration Project for:

    • Characterization of high-frequency substrates for DC-27GHz
    • QA-test to check RF parameters of SMD transistors
