    Introduction to Product Life Cycle (TM231)

    SynopsisThis course provides a structured methodology to develop a new product or enhancing an existing product to meet your market needs. The generic methodology is suitable to be applied to introduce a broad range of new products to match customers' expectation in a selected market segment. 

    It takes the students through a life cycle that manages risks, timeline and project cost in a systematic manner. The life cycle is designed to be scalable to meet the needs of both small project and large complex project. 

    Tools like templates and checklists will be provided so that the participants can adopt and adapt these resources, and practice the life cycle immediately after the class.

    The course instructor will draw on his extensive experience in engineering and R&D projects to illustrate the subject matter with practical examples.
